Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges (reduced items also) within 14 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. All exchange shipments will be made at cost of customer. Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

Returns

All purchased items can be returned at cost of the customer. If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:

1. Repeal of purchase: written form or over the phone

You have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email shop@lomakawear.com or over the phone +44 73 99 190 772 (London). We recommend that you use our cancellation form. After sending us your cancellation form, please return the items within 14 days.

2. Repeal of purchase by way of return

Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 14 days in our office: 129090, Moscow, Prospekt Mirа, 13, office number 222.

Regardless of which option you choose, please ensure that the following provisions are met:

  • All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached.
  • All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one package.
  • Return shipments must be made using the service used for original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.
  • Return items in their original condition and all shiping charges are carried out at the expense of the customer.

Refunding the purchase price

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
